Tartare Sauce Recipe

  • 250 g vegetable oil
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ½ tbsp dijon mustard
  • ½ tbsp white wine vinegar

How to make Tartare Sauce:

  1. Place eggs, dijon mustard and vinegar in a food processor, the add oil very slowly whilst blending.
