How to make Soft Polenta:

  1. Combine the water and stock in a large saucepan; bring to the boil.
  2. Gradually add polenta to liquid, stirring constanly. Reduce heat; simmer, stirring, about 10 minutes or until polenta thickens.
  3. Add milk and cheese; stir until cheese melts.
