Ingredients you'll need:

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 carrots
  • 500 g boneless chicken pieces
  • 100 g snow peas
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 bunch of snow pea sprout
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seed

How to make Sesame and Snow Pea Chicken Stir Fry:

  1. Cut the chicken into thin strips. Crush, peel and chop the garlic. Peel the carrots and cut into matchsticks. Trim the snow peas. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and stir fry the chicken for 3 minutes or until cooked. Remove from the wok. Add the garlic, carrots and snow peas to the wok and stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Return the chicken to the wok with the soy sauce. Heat through, then quickly stir through the snow pea sprouts. Serve immediately, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
