Salmon Mornay Recipe
This recipe for Salmon Mornay serves 4 people.
Time required: 35 minutes
(5 minutes to prepare, then cook for 30 minutes)
Ingredients you'll need:
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ½ cup of cheese, grated
- 415 g pink salmon, tinned
- 440 g condensed cream of celery soup, tinned
How to make Salmon Mornay:
- Combine salmon, juice and soup, season with cracked pepper. Place in an oven proof sih, top with cheese and bake at 190 degrees celcius for 30 minutes.
Optional: Add some chopped onion or celery if you have any.
