Salmon Mornay Recipe

Ingredients you'll need:

  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup of cheese, grated
  • 415 g pink salmon, tinned
  • 440 g condensed cream of celery soup, tinned

How to make Salmon Mornay:

  1. Combine salmon, juice and soup, season with cracked pepper. Place in an oven proof sih, top with cheese and bake at 190 degrees celcius for 30 minutes.

Recipe Notes:

Optional: Add some chopped onion or celery if you have any.
