Ingredients you'll need:

  • ¼ cup of lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 beef ribs, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp redcurrent jelly
  • 1 tbsp plum conserve

How to make Glazed Beef Ribs with Redcurrant Sauce:

  1. Cut each rib into 3 pieces. In a large frying pan, add redcurrant, jelly, honey, plum conserve and lemon juice.
  2. Bring mixture to the boil, add rib pieces and cook in redcurrant sauce until dark brown, stirring all the time, approximately 10 minutes.
  3. Add rosemary, cook further 1 minute. Serve immediately.
