Glazed Beef Ribs with Redcurrant Sauce

Ingredients you'll need:
- ¼ cup of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 beef ribs, trimmed
- 2 tbsp redcurrent jelly
- 1 tbsp plum conserve
How to make Glazed Beef Ribs with Redcurrant Sauce:
- Cut each rib into 3 pieces. In a large frying pan, add redcurrant, jelly, honey, plum conserve and lemon juice.
- Bring mixture to the boil, add rib pieces and cook in redcurrant sauce until dark brown, stirring all the time, approximately 10 minutes.
- Add rosemary, cook further 1 minute. Serve immediately.
