Chicken Mango and Chickpea Burgers Recipe

This recipe for Chicken Mango and Chickpea Burgers serves 4 people.

Ingredients you'll need:

  • 2 shallots - green onions - scallions, finely chopped
  • 400 g chickpeas, drained
  • 500 g lean chicken mince
  • 4 tbsp mango chutney

How to make Chicken Mango and Chickpea Burgers:

  1. Process chickpeas, combine with remaining ingredients and season. Shape into patties and cook in a non-stick fry pan over a moderate heat for 3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes or until cooked through. Serve on a fresh roll with a slice of tomato and a piece of lettuce.
